Our brick-and-mortar rental office is located at 400 Hamilton Street. The park-like setting of this established complex belies its convenient proximity to downtown Summersville with its shopping, entertainment and eateries. WalMart is only minutes away. Community Square offers comfortably furnished efficiency units as well as nicely appointed one-bedroom apartments. Efficiency apartments come with wood floporing rooms and ceramic tile bathrooms. Washer and dryer(only in certain units), stove and refrigerator are included with each apartment. A private front porch with built-in sitting area makes a wonderful place to hang out, relax and enjoy the weather. Parking is available right out front. Every apartment at Community Square comes with Direct TV at no charge to tenant. Fully furnished Efficiency apartments include all utilities and Direct tv plus FREE Wireless internet.
We also offer lovely yet affordable apartments on Armstrong Rd in Summersville. We offer one bedroom apartments which are very beautiful. Breathtaking views, private porches, hardwood floors and green yard areas with room to barbecue make these apartments quite desirable. Washers and dryers are available. Utilities or an electric budget are included with reasonable monthly rent(Only one certain units). Direct TV included at no charge to tenant. Every apartment has an air conditioner, too-- this is an especially sweet feature on warm summer nights in West Virginia. These apartments also include FREE Wireless Internet.
